lunch - pitabread - chicken, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, cheese
supper - home-made stew, bread, brownies
Day 2
Breakfast - GG's Power Breakfast, orange slices
lunch - Paté on crackers with cheese
supper - Tadka Dal, rice and re-hydrated peas
Day 3
breakfast - Cinnamon Breakfast Coucous
lunch - tabouli salad in pita bread, jerky, power bar
supper - chili and rice
Day 4
breakfast - pancakes with syrup and bacon
lunch - Smoked salmon on dry-bread, cheese
supper - fettuccini pasta with Alfredo sauce and tuna
Day 5
breakfast - GG's Power Breakfast
lunch - bagels, salami, cheese
supper - pizza
Day 6
breakfast - potato pancakes, jam
lunch - wraps with peanut butter and dried fruit, jerky
supper - black beans and coucous
Day 7
breakfast - Good quality granola
lunch - rehydrated ramen noodles and vegetables
supper - Punjabi Choley and rice
Day 8
breakfast - french toast, bacon
lunch - Burritos - rehydrated refried beans/salsa/sundried tomatos/cheese
supper - couscous and re-hydrated veggies and port strips with peanut sauce
Day 9

lunch - wraps with peanut butter and dried fruit
supper - spaghetti, re-hydrated sauce, parmagan cheese

breakfast - potato pancakes
lunch - rehydrated ramen noodles and vegetables
supper - Mexican Black Bean Pasta

lunch - rehydrated carrots and humous on drybread (Wasa type)
supper - Hamburger helper with dehydrated ground-beef or TVP
Day 12

lunch - wraps with peanut butter and dried fruit
supper - pasta, pesto sauce with tuna or f.d. chicken
Day 13
breakfast - pancakes with jam
lunch - Smoked Salmon on dry-bread
supper - Ramen noodles, soysauce, re-hydrated pork strips, peas, carrots
Day 14
breakfast - good quality granola
lunch - wraps with dried fruit and Nuetella
supper - restaurant on the way home
